Dust off your broomstick, the Bay St. Louis Witches Walk is Oct 25, 2025!

Pre- Registration is CLOSED.

Registration available the morning of the event Oct 25 starting at 8 am on Cue St.

Put on your best witchy wardrobe and meet us on Cue Street right off Main in Bay St. Louis to kick off the greatest gathering of witches on the Mississippi Coast! This year is going to be bigger and better than ever!!
Free and open to all but you don’t want to miss the spooky fun if you register.
Registration includes:
-Swag bag with freebies (While Supplies Last)
-Entry to all 4 contests

FAQs:

Is the event Free?

YES. The Witches Walk has always been totally free to attend. We encourage you to register for great swag and to be eligible for cash prizes! When you register you will receive:

  • An official Witches Walk string bag full of freebies. (While Supplies Last)
  • A wrist band that gets you discounts from participating shops, bars and restaurants.
  • Entry into all four costume contests.
  • A WINGO card (witch bingo) that awards cash prizes.
  • A digital download of the official group photo. We are going for a world’s record this year!

Pre-registration online is $15. Registering on the day of the event is $20.

How do I register?

Pre-register here on this site. Cost is $15 and you will also be able to pre-order official merch. Merch will sell out!

Pre-registration ends on Oct 18th. Your swag bag and merch will be waiting for you at Witches Walk Central on Cue Street.

Day of event registration opens at 8am at Witches Walk Central and costs $20.

Do I have to dress up?

No! While we are expecting 1000’s of costumed witches, anyone wearing anything is welcome to come, register, and participate. If you do not register, come join the fun and witch watch! 

Will there be a group costume contest?

Sort of – Yes! Each of the 4 contests, best overall, best hat, best broom and best shoes will have a group costume category. Every member of your group needs to be registered to compete.

Where does the event take place?

All over Old Town Bay St. Louis from Downtown to the Depot District. This event is a casual stroll around town at your own pace. The scheduled events are all voluntary and we encourage you to pay a visit to our local small businesses and see the best of what the Bay has to offer. 

The full schedule is:

8am – Registration Opens outside of 108 Cue St.

10am – Best overall Costume – Social Chair – 201 Main St.

11am – Best Hat – Sassy Bird – 211 Main St.

12 pm – Best Broom – Century Hall 112 S. Second St.

1 pm – Best Shoes – Shoe Boutique – 131 Main St. 

3 pm – Group Photo – The Seawall near the Marina

4 pm – Cauldron Dance – Cuz’s Old Town Oyster Bar & Grill 108 S. Beach Blvd.

Bar, Restaurant specials, and live music will run into the evening.

What is the money from registration and merchandise sales used for? 

The Old Town Merchants Association is a non-profit organization. Any proceeds will be used to pay direct event costs including cash prizes and future OTMA community events. A portion of any profits will be donated to the Magdalene House.
